In the unlikely event of alterations having to be made by us to the holiday arrangements, we will notify the client immediately and will arrange a full refund of all monies already paid for the accommodation. We naturally reserve the right to cancel whenever circumstances make it necessary.

The holiday accommodation provided may only be used by the persons shown on the booking form.
Sub-letting, sharing or assignment is prohibited without prior agreement. We accept no liability in connection with the property for the failure of the supply of water, gas, electricity or any other services which are outside our control.
